About the Role:
The OMD UK Connected Performance team are looking for a Biddable Manager to work on our new client Aviva. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering performance and innovation through advanced optimisation, audiences, testing and technology with a focus on Paid Social & Search. The role covers working in a team on the day-to-day delivery of your client’s business objectives from digital performance and brand activity, hands on planning, buying and strategy of paid social & search campaigns, with support from the Director & Executive.
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across biddable platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals
- Manage and develop a team, providing guidance, training, and support to Executives
- Collaborate with media owners to build and maintain strong partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts across OMD UK to deliver integrated solutions
- Oversee reporting and optimisation, translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of media strategies and identify areas for improvement, highlighting key insights and outcomes
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative team environment
- Help train and mentor junior team members
About You:
- You possess a strong understanding of media planning, buying and performance analysis with knowledge of digital, traditional and emerging media channels.
- You have a proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful media campaigns.
- You have excellent spoken and written communication skills with proven expertise in presentation storytelling to deliver impactful, persuasive proposals to clients.
- You can develop and implement strategic media plans using media planning and analytics tools.
- You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media.
- You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
