The Deputy Manager – In-Plant Logistics Operations supports the Logistics team in overseeing the end-to-end execution of in-plant logistics activities, including truck park area, dock, internal/external warehouses, market place, and manufacturing lineside locations. This role assists in warehouse and packaging operations, dock management, and ensures seamless delivery of parts to production lines to avoid any loss of production targets. The Deputy Manager helps drive cost and time-effective lean storage and movement of goods, maintaining high standards of safety, service, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, digital transformation experience, and strong team-building and communication skills. |
