Quem Procuramos:

Procuramos um/a Account Manager com 3 a 4 anos de experiência em agência de publicidade, para integrar a nossa equipa de Contas, atuando como o elo entre os nossos clientes e as equipas internas, garantindo uma comunicação eficaz e a gestão de projetos. 
 

As tuas Responsabilidades Incluirão:

  • Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes: Ser o ponto de contacto principal para um portfólio de clientes, construindo e mantendo relações de confiança.
  • Compreensão e Análise de Necessidades: Interpretar os briefings dos clientes e identificar as suas necessidades de negócio.
  • Gestão de Projetos: Coordenar e acompanhar todas as fases dos projetos, com as equipas internas, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e objetivos.

 

O Que Procuramos em Ti?

  • Mínimo de 3 a 4 anos de experiência profissional como Account Manager em agência de publicidade ou marketing digital.
  • Licenciatura em Marketing, Publicidade, Comunicação ou área relevante.
  • Forte foco na satisfação do cliente e no desenvolvimento de parcerias sólidas e de confiança.
  • Elevada capacidade de organização.
  • Atitude proativa, capacidade de iniciativa e de resolução de problemas.
  • Capacidade para trabalhar eficazmente em equipa e colaborar com diferentes departamentos.
  • Fluência em Português (obrigatório).
  • Fluência em Inglês (obrigatório), tanto oral, como escrito.
  • Domínio de ferramentas Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas de gestão de projetos (e.g., Asana, Trello) são uma mais-valia.
