Buscamos un perfil senior con experiencia sólida en Adobe Experience Platform, capaz de diseñar e implementar soluciones orientadas a cliente. Valoramos la capacidad de traducir necesidades de negocio en arquitecturas técnicas, así como experiencia en integración de datos y personalización. 

Lo que harás 

  • Liderar proyectos con clientes centrados en Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration y Customer Journey Analytics. 
  • Diseñar arquitecturas de solución y estrategias técnicas alineadas con los objetivos de negocio de los clientes. 
  • Participar como el Solution Architect líder en la disciplina para mejorar frameworks y metodologías estándar de AEP. 
  • Proporcionar servicios de consultoría para impulsar la adopción, implementación y expansión de aplicaciones AEP. 
  • Participar en proyectos de implementación, testing y formación, con un fuerte enfoque en capacidades de AEP. 
  • Diseñar soluciones personalizadas, modelos de datos (schemas) y estrategias de implementación de etiquetas (tagging). 
  • Validar y depurar configuraciones e integraciones de AEP, asegurando rendimiento, calidad y cumplimiento. 
  • Asegurar la creación y gestión de una documentación clara, incluyendo especificaciones funcionales y técnicas. 
  • Ejercer de interlocutor con stakeholders clave para asegurar la adopción y aportar insights accionables para apoyar el éxito del negocio. 
  • Liderar actividades de preventa, incluyendo demos de soluciones, estimaciones, conversaciones con clientes y propuestas. 
  • Actuar como mentor de otros compañeros y contribuir al crecimiento de la comunidad de Solution Consulting. 

Lo que aportas 

  • Sólida experiencia (importante certificaciones) en implementaciones de Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), incluyendo Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration y Customer Journey Analytics. 
  • Mínimo 4/5 años de experiencia en consultoría o servicios profesionales dentro de software empresarial o tecnología de marketing digital. 
  • Conocimientos prácticos de SQL, APIs y scripting para integración y automatización de datos. 
  • Buen entendimiento de estrategias de marketing digital, comunicaciones, gestión de datos de clientes y personalización. 
  • Capacidad demostrada para traducir requisitos de negocio en soluciones técnicas accionables. 
  • Experiencia integrando AEP con otros sistemas empresariales (Adobe Marketing Cloud, CRM, herramientas de analítica). 
  • Fuerte orientación analítica, capacidad de resolución de problemas y enfoque en soluciones. 
  • Excelentes habilidades de presentación y comunicación para audiencias técnicas, de marketing y de negocio. 
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y colaborar con equipos globales. 

Valorable 

  • Conocimiento de aplicaciones de IA/ML en AEP (scoring predictivo, personalización). 
  • Familiaridad con Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch o Campaign. 
  • Experiencia con plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
