VML Consulting est le cabinet de conseil en transformation de l’expérience client de VML France (groupe WPP, leader mondial des services de communication et de marketing).
Nous accompagnons des clients grands comptes et acteurs de 1er plan dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de transformations stratégiques, au croisement du business, du marketing, de la data, de la technologie et de la créativité.
Structuré autour de trois pôles — Business Consulting, Data, Technology & Digital — le cabinet intervient de bout en bout, de la vision à l’exécution, avec une forte conviction : la performance passe par une expérience client réinventée, portée par la data et l’IA.
Nous recrutons un Consultant Senior Transformation, Marketing & Expérience Client pour rejoindre notre Practice Business Consulting.
Votre mission
Vous intervenez sur des projets à fort enjeu sur des problématiques variées de transformation, d’expérience client, de CRM, d’IA, ou encore de change management sur des clients exigeants (luxe, retail, services financiers, hôtellerie…), en B2C et en B2B :
- Définir la vision stratégique et les roadmaps
- Identifier des opportunités et use cases innovants
- Concevoir des stratégies d’engagement et des parcours clients, en en mesurant les impacts
- Repenser les process et les organisations, notamment dans des contextes d’intégration de l’IA / de l’agentique
- Piloter la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des initiatives, du lancement à la mise à l’échelle
- Accompagner les équipes clientes dans le changement et l’adoption des outils
- Mesurer la performance et le ROI pour assurer le succès durable des actions déployées
Votre profil
- Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience, sur des sujets de transformation, change management, marketing et expérience client, idéalement dans le conseil
- Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre leadership, votre esprit analytique et votre capacité à synthétiser des enjeux complexes
- Vous disposez de solides bases méthodologiques (cadrage stratégique, définition de roadmap, construction de use cases,…)
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance / appétence aux sujets d’IA
- Vous savez vous adapter rapidement à des contextes variés et exigeants
- Curieux.se et proactif.ve, vous proposez des solutions innovantes pour créer de la valeur
- L’anglais courant est indispensable (clients et environnements internationaux)
