Serás la pieza clave para cultivar las relaciones con nuestros clientes a nivel divisional y alinear sus objetivos con las prioridades de la cuenra en toda la región. ¡Tu rol será fundamental para la ejecución y adopción de iniciativas CRM y 1PD, asegurando la excelencia operativa y financiera!
Algunas de tus misiones serán: 🎯
- Liderar y gestionar iniciativas regionales de CRM y 1PD, desde el desarrollo hasta el lanzamiento.
- Ser el puente de comunicación estrella entre equipos regionales, globales y clientes clave.
- Optimizar procesos, monitorear presupuestos, cronogramas y anticipar cualquier riesgo para garantizar proyectos de la más alta calidad.
¿Qué necesitas para triunfar en esta posición? ✨
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en enablement, program management o un rol similar (¡si tienes 2-3 años como líder, es un súper plus!).
- Experiencia manejando estratégicamente iniciativas complejas y un ojo de águila para los detalles.
- Habilidades de comunicación, influencia y negociación que muevan montañas y construyan relaciones sólidas.
- Inglés y español avanzados son indispensables. (¡Si hablas portugués, te amaremos aún más! 😉)
- Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Asana, etc.) y una mente súper analítica para convertir datos en acción.
