VML Consulting est le cabinet de conseil en transformation de l’expérience client de VML France (groupe WPP, leader mondial des services de communication et de marketing).

Nous accompagnons des clients grands comptes et acteurs de 1er plan dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de transformations stratégiques, au croisement du business, du marketing, de la data, de la technologie et de la créativité.

Structuré autour de trois pôles — Business Consulting, Data, Technology & Digital — le cabinet intervient de bout en bout, de la vision à l’exécution, avec une forte conviction : la performance passe par une expérience client réinventée, portée par la data et l’IA.

Pour soutenir notre croissance, nous recrutons un Manager pour renforcer notre practice Business Consulting.

Votre rôle

En tant que Manager, vous pilotez des missions de transformation à fort enjeu et contribuez activement au développement du cabinet.

Vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Piloter des missions de bout en bout, du cadrage au déploiement
  • Intervenir sur des sujets d’expérience client, CRM (engagement, fidélisation, activation,…), IA, transformation des processus et des organisations, et change management 
  • Encadrer et faire grandir les consultants
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec les clients et porter des recommandations à forte valeur
  • Contribuer au développement commercial et à la structuration de la practice
  • Collaborer étroitement et créer des synergies avec l’ensemble des équipes et expertises du cabinet et du groupe (Data, IA, MarTech, E-commerce,…)

Votre profil

  • Diplômé(e) d’une grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieur
  • 8 ans d’expérience, dont une part significative en cabinet de conseil
  • Expérience en transformation (organisations, process, CX, CRM, data, IA,…)
  • Méthodologie avancée & excellentes capacités d’analyse, de structuration et de communication
  • Posture client affirmée et appétence business
  • Anglais courant

Une double sensibilité transformation & expérience client est un vrai plus.
