These roles are designed to operate as a core creative partnership, and we welcome applicants who either:
- apply as an existing creative duo (Senior Art Director + Senior Copywriter), or
- apply individually if you don’t currently have a partner — we’ll help create the right pairing internally.

What you’ll do
- Develop integrated creative ideas that are strategically grounded, culturally relevant, and beautifully crafted.
- Shape work end‑to‑end in partnership with a Senior Art Director/Senior Copywriter and collaborate cross‑functionally across the agency.
- Present your thinking confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor junior creatives and contribute to the Creative team culture.
- Bring strong knowledge of the digital landscape, creative platforms, and emerging cultural opportunities.
- Participate in pitches, award submissions, and agency‑wide initiatives.
What you’ll bring
For both roles
- 5–7+ years' experience in creative agencies.
- A portfolio showcasing conceptual strength and integrated campaign craft.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for elevating creative work.
If you’re a Senior Art Director
- Exceptional visual design and art direction capability.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
- Ability to elevate the aesthetic and visual coherence of ideas.
If you’re a Senior Copywriter
- Outstanding writing and storytelling craft across formats.
- Ability to define tone‑of‑voice, build narratives, and simplify complexity.
- Strength in shaping compelling, culturally fluent brand messaging.
