Deine Aufgaben
- Automation & CRM-Support: Du unterstützt aktiv beim Aufbau und der Optimierung automatisierter CRM-Workflows, um manuelle Prozesse zu eliminieren und die Effizienz unserer Marketing-Unit zu steigern.
- Scalable Business Development: Du identifizierst technologische Hebel, um unsere B2B-Nutzerbasis zu erweitern. Dabei setzt du auf datengestützte Outbound-Strategien und automatisierte Ansprache-Logiken.
- Conversion-Optimierung durch Automation: Du begleitest die Entwicklung und technische Umsetzung von Growth-Kampagnen (z.B. Landingpage-Tests oder automatisierte E-Mail-Sequenzen) mit dem Ziel, Conversion-Rates nachhaltig zu erhöhen.
- Trend-Research & Tech-Stack: Du recherchierst innovative AI- und No-Code-Automation-Tools und bringst proaktiv Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Prozesse durch intelligente Automatisierung optimieren können.
- Reporting & Performance Analytics: Du unterstützt beim Monitoring unserer KPIs. Du hilfst dabei, automatisierte Reports zu erstellen, um unsere Wachstums-Aktivitäten messbar zu machen und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu fördern.
Dein Profil
- Studium: Du bist Student/in der BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Marketing oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, mindestens im 4. Semester oder höher und hast ein starkes Interesse an digitalen Geschäftsmodellen.
- Tech-Affinität: Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Tools und Prozessoptimierung. Begriffe wie Workflows, APIs oder CRM-Logiken begeistern dich mehr als reines Posting-Management.
- Analytisches Denken: Du arbeitest datenorientiert und liebst es, komplexe Probleme durch kluge, automatisierte Lösungen zu vereinfachen.
- Kommunikation: Du besitzt exzellente Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und kannst unsere Brand-Voice auch in automatisierten Prozessen authentisch wahren.
- Hands-on Mentalität: Du bist proaktiv, arbeitest strukturiert und hast Lust, in einem agilen Tech-Umfeld echte Verantwortung für eigene Projekte zu übernehmen.
- Dauer: Minimum 3 Monate
