About this role

Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

Talent Partners at Easygo are pivotal in shaping the future of our organisation. In this role, you'll focus on the Operations side of the business, specifically our Legal and Finance teams, where you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent that drives our continued growth and innovation.

What you’ll build with us

Working closely with Legal and Finance Hiring Managers and Department Heads, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes: from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and contributing to Easygo's culture along the way. You'll bring expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates across the competitive legal and finance talent markets. Your ability to navigate the evolving landscape of these industries will be critical as we continue to build a team at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work. Please note this is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Who is Easygo?

We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.

We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands, including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The Impact you'll make:

  • Source candidates across multiple channels including resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Engage with active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, connecting them with current opportunities at Easygo.
  • Prescreen candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person interviews; evaluate applicants and submit a shortlist to the hiring manager aligned to salary benchmarking provided by People & Culture.
  • Schedule and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain your roles in Greenhouse our ATS capturing candidate notes, posting jobs, and tracking employee referrals.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs, define candidate must-haves, and draft compelling job descriptions ready to take to market.
  • Keep interview panels well-informed and ensure both hiring managers and candidates are fully prepared throughout every stage of the process.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop competency-based interview questions that drive consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with business leaders to shape effective recruitment strategies and set realistic expectations around time-to-fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market conditions.
  • Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and stakeholders new to interviewing and recruitment.
  • Manage candidate expectations and keep talent engaged throughout the hiring process.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Significant experience as a recruiter, either fully in-house or a combination of internal and agency.
  • A track record of sourcing and engaging candidates across a range of sectors.
  • Experience supporting legal or finance business units, or within a fast-moving organisation — with established networks and genuine subject matter expertise in these talent markets.
  • Strong prioritisation skills: you know what needs to be done first, manage your time effectively, and work in a transparent and accountable way.
  • A genuine enjoyment of problem-solving and the varied challenges that come with a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfort managing multiple stakeholders, and an openness to learning about new industries and technologies.
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline is desirable but not required.
  • Any professional development in talent, HR, or adjacent fields, such as coaching accreditations, HR certifications, or project management qualifications would be viewed favourably.

Your track record:

  • Strong written and verbal communicator, with the ability to write engaging job advertisements and contribute to employer brand content when needed.
  • Positive and resilient when faced with challenging briefs or difficult markets.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining productive relationships with external partners including agencies, vendors, universities, and industry associations.
  • High attention to detail.
  • An interest in sport or online streaming communities would be a genuine bonus.
  • Awareness of Easygo's business and our brands — Stake, Kick, or Twist — would certainly strengthen your application.
