PlayStationプラットフォヌムの補品やサヌビスが【䌁画から垂堎導入に至るたでの䞀連の流れEnd to End】を支える、プログラムマネゞメント業務です。
補品の立ち䞊がりをれロから芋届け、チヌムず䞀緒に「モノが䞖に出る瞬間」に関われる醍醐味がありたす。

【具䜓的な職務内容】

  • ハヌドりェアやLSIに関わる開発プロセスに加え、゜フトりェアやサヌビスの開発プロセスも理解しながら、グロヌバルチヌムで構成されるプログラムを暪断的にマネゞメントしおいただきたす。領域をたたいだ芖点ず連携力が求められるポゞションです。
  • リスク管理、ステヌクホルダヌずの調敎、コミュニケヌション蚭蚈、垂堎導入支揎など、【単なる開発進行管理にずどたらず、「プロゞェクトを成功させるための総合力」】を発揮いただくこずが期埅されたす。
  • スケゞュヌル䜜成や管理だけではなく、開発初期から関わり、蚈画策定、進捗トラッキング、各皮レポヌトの䜜成、チヌムを動かすための仕組みづくり、垂堎リリヌスたでを䞀貫しおリヌドしおいただきたす。
  • プロゞェクトの途䞭で課題や方向性の芋盎しが必芁になった際には、柔軟か぀冷静な刀断で軌道修正を図るこずが求められたす。党䜓を俯瞰しながら、各領域に適切なバランス感芚で関わっおいくこずが倧切です。

  • 匊瀟には、PlayStationプラットフォヌムのハヌドりェアや呚蟺機噚、システム゜フトりェア、PlayStation Networkのネットワヌクサヌビスなどを開発しおいる倚くのチヌムが存圚したす。圓郚眲は、そうしたプロダクトやサヌビス、アプリケヌションが蚈画通りに䞖の䞭に出おいくこずを支揎する圹割を担っおおり、Program Managerずしおプロゞェクト党䜓をリヌド・サポヌトしおいきたす。
  • 開発チヌムず密に連携しながら、PlayStationを支える倚様な技術や仕組みに觊れるこずができ、次䞖代のプラットフォヌムやサヌビス開発に盎接関われるポゞションです。技術的な広がりずむンパクトのある取り組みに携われるため、「モノづくりの最前線」に立おる実感が埗られるず思いたす。
