Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Requirements Engineering with strong expertise across key automotive domains.
- This role will drive high-quality requirements definition, analysis, and validation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements development, analysis, and management across multiple automotive domains
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with system and business needs
- Collaborate with system, software, and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Support impact analysis, change management, and traceability
- Drive best practices in requirements engineering and mentor junior engineers
- Interface with stakeholders to clarify technical expectations and resolve gaps
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, or related field)
- Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and architecture
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, etc.)
- Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or other automotive standards is preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
