Your Impact:

  • Act as the primary finance partner to Sales leaders across Field Sales, Channel, and Customer Experience.

  • Own annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly close processes for Sales OPEX and related financials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Translate financial results and trends into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve spend efficiency while supporting revenue and customer outcomes.

  • Partner with Sales and Operations to align headcount, program spend, and productivity assumptions. Track performance against plan and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

  • Partner cross functionally to continuously streamline workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.

Your Toolkit:

This role operates across multiple concurrent workstreams with frequent prioritization shifts. Success requires strong self-management, responsiveness, and the ability to keep work moving independently while maintaining accuracy and control discipline.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting or related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience supporting the Sales organization in growing SaaS companies.

  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and managing complex accounting projects.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively working cross-functionally.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills, financial forecasting systems (Adaptive experience a strong plus) and mainstream ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus).
