The Role You’ll Play

The Manager, Strategic Account Management leads retention and growth for Mindbody’s existing strategic accounts. You’ll shape how we deepen partnerships with our top customers, expand product adoption, and introduce new products and offerings that increase overall utilization and long-term value.
  • Set the strategy for the Strategic Accounts team and own team revenue and retention goals
  • Build, launch, and lead programs that improve account health, adoption, and growth across strategic accounts
  • Lead solution development that addresses customer needs, coordinating the right internal partners to deliver
  • Grow profitable sales volume within assigned accounts by aligning to customer outcomes and strategic objectives
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs through ongoing, structured engagement
  • Strengthen executive relationships and elevate Mindbody as a trusted partner, not just a vendor
  • Expand relationships through additional products and offerings, guiding the end-to-end approach and process
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring clear communication and follow-through


Experience You Bring
  • 5+ years owning Enterprise or Strategic account relationships, including retention and growth outcomes
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, ideally supporting large or complex accounts
  • Strong analytical skills and business judgment, with the initiative and flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and day-to-day customer priorities
  • Experience building strong relationships with senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and studio owners
  • Ability to think analytically and apply learnings to complex client situations
  • Track record of evaluating and developing talent, building a high-performing team culture
  • Comfort with web technologies, CRM, and sales enablement tools; fitness and beauty industry experience is a plus; SaaS experience strongly preferred
