The Mindbody marketing visual design team creates compelling, high-quality creative that supports sales and marketing goals and brings the brand to life. Partnering across the business, the team shapes how Mindbody is communicated and remembered across online and offline touchpoints, including paid, organic, owned, and earned channels.

The Role You'll Play

  • As a visual designer, you’ll craft visual experiences across key initiatives by designing on-brand marketing assets across campaigns and channels, including presentations, web, email, advertising, video, and more. You’ll help ensure every deliverable is consistent, polished, and aligned to Mindbody’s brand standards.

  • Partner with visual designers, copywriters, project managers, and stakeholders to bring campaigns and initiatives to life

  • Design marketing collateral across channels, including advertising, email, web, presentations, and campaign content

  • Create and edit video content, including motion graphics, with a focus on clarity, quality, and brand consistency

  • Apply brand guidelines, style guides, and design standards across asset types to maintain a cohesive visual system

  • Translate briefs and feedback into effective creative solutions that communicate clearly and feel audience-ready

  • Use strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and motion to produce high-quality work at speed

  • Manage multiple projects at once, balancing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Stay current on trends and best practices, including exploring AI-enabled tooling and workflows to improve efficiency

 The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience designing for marketing, advertising, or product
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a range of marketing design work, including video and motion examples
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Figma
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including screen layout, color theory, typography, and motion design
  • Ability to produce consistent, on-brand work across a variety of formats and channels
  • Comfort working through feedback with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Clear, thoughtful communication skills with both creative and cross-functional partners
