業務内容
ROUTE06（ルートシックス）は、大手企業のビジネスモデル変革を支援するDXパートナーです。
エンタープライズ向けビジネスAPIプラットフォーム「Plain」の提供とアジャイルでの事業化支援によって商取引のプラットフォーム化を実現し、新たな企業価値を生み出すことに貢献します。
開発するプロダクトはモール型EC、OMOストア、マーケットプレイスなど多岐にわたり、事業フェーズも立ち上げからグロースまで幅広くあります。
ROUTE06のProduct Operations Managerは、プロダクトを成長させるために必要な知識を持ち、また不足している部分はチームで協力して補完しながら、関係者で一丸となってあるべき事業を実現できるよう周囲に働きかけて、顧客の事業が成長することに責任を持ってプロジェクトを推進します。
必須要件
- ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験
- SQLを用いたデータ抽出・分析の経験
- 関係者を巻き込むリーダーシップ能力、コミュニケーション能力
- プロダクトづくりへの情熱

- 裁量労働制；10時〜19時を基本とし、自由に選択していただけます
- 土日祝休み、入社日に20日の有給休暇を付与、リラックス休暇など
