  • Track Record: Prior exits include 55ip (acquired by J.P. Morgan) and Paralel Technologies
  • Strategic Partners: Partners include J.P. Morgan, SEI, Franklin Templeton, Morningstar, Broadridge, Motive Partners and Tectonic Ventures.
  • World-Class Team: Complimentary expertise across AI and financial services, with experience from Google, Microsoft, Uber, PayPal, eBay, BlackRock, LPL, Franklin Templeton, Morgan Stanley, Broadridge and more.

OUR VALUES

  • Grow at the Edge. We are driven by personal growth fueled by a beginner’s mindset. We get out of our comfort zone and keep egos aside. With self-awareness and integrity we strive to be the best we can possibly be. No excuses.
  • Understanding through Listening and Speaking the Truth. We communicate with authenticity, precision and integrity to create a shared understanding. We identify opportunities within constraints and propose solutions in service to the team.
  • I Win for Teamwin. We believe in staying within our genius zones to succeed and taking accountability for driving results. We are all individual contributors first and always thinking about what can be better.

ROLE OVERVIEW

TIFIN @Work is our AI-powered workplace-to-wealth platform. We help employees make smarter financial decisions and intelligently connect them to advisors at the moments that matter, turning workplace relationships into a real growth engine for advisor practices. You will be the person who makes that engine run.

As a critical member of our sales organization, you'll partner with advisors across our ecosystem to help them bring @Work to their plan sponsor clients. The best people in this seat go deeper than a product conversation, they reshape how an advisor thinks about their book. You'll show them how @Work bridges retirement and wealth, win their conviction, and pair with an implementation lead on the Success Team to take it from there.

What makes this role different: you're not chasing logos or grinding outbound. You're working with advisors who are already in our world, helping them see an opportunity they haven't fully grasped yet. The advisors who lean in see real growth in their practice. Your job is to meaningfully expand that group.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build trusted relationships with advisors and become their go-to resource for @Work
  • Help advisors find the right plan sponsor opportunities in their book and build the conviction to act on them
  • Consult on practice management, specifically how @Work bridges retirement and wealth management
  • Equip advisors to win net-new plans through prospect conversations, RFPs, and finalist presentations
  • Pair with implementation leads on the Success Team to drive plan sponsor engagement and rollout
  • Track workplace-to-wealth conversion outcomes and use them to deepen advisor engagement and sharpen our strategy

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5 to 7+ years working with RIAs in sales, enablement, or account management
  • Real fluency in how advisors run their practices and how retirement plan business actually gets won and grown
  • A consultative instinct, you'd rather change how an advisor thinks than push a product
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes the advisor's job
  • Location in Boulder, CO preferred. Open to alternate locations for the right candidate.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:

$120,000 - $150,000 salary plus commission for a total cash package of $205,000 - $225,000.

In addition to cash compensation, a meaningful equity stake is a significant part of the overall package. Package also includes benefits program eligibility: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits and flexible PTO.

Please note that we are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

TIFIN is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and values the multitude of talents and perspectives that a diverse workforce brings. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.
