Meet the team:

The People Team at Latitude is a comprehensive unit supporting the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to total rewards, performance management, and specialized HR operations. We are looking for a Sr. People Operations Analyst to serve as the technical backbone of our People Technology ecosystem.

As a subject matter expert in HR Technology, you will lead the evolution of our core platforms: Workday (HRIS), Greenhouse (ATS), and Lattice (People Success). We are seeking a technical Workday power-user who is passionate about driving operational efficiency, scaling systems for growth, and translating complex business needs into elegant technical solutions. In this role, you won't just maintain systems; you will architect the future of Latitude’s HR technology landscape.

What you’ll do:

  • System Strategy & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology projects, from initial requirements gathering and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization
  • Module Expansion: Provide technical leadership for the implementation of new HR modules and the integration of emerging tools into the existing ecosystem
  • Lifecycle Events: Drive the technical configuration and execution of critical annual cycles, including Open Enrollment, Performance Management, and Compensation, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and administrators
  • Process Optimization: Continuously audit and enhance current People Team workflows, identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and eliminate friction
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as the primary technical lead for troubleshooting complex system issues and managing integrations, partnering closely with IT to resolve escalated access or data errors
  • Advanced Analytics & Data Integrity: Architect advanced reports and dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights into workforce trends and organization health, ensuring data flow remains accurate, secure, and compliant
  • Standardization & Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and detailed user guides to ensure operational consistency and data integrity across all HR platforms
  • Training & User Enablement: Facilitate live, hands-on training sessions and workshops for employees, managers, and the People Team to drive system adoption and self-service proficiency across the organization

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Technical Expertise: 4+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration
  • Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional HR technology projects and system implementations from inception to completion
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalate appropriately, and provide data-driven solutions
  • Communication & Influence: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the People and IT teams
  • Data Integrity & Discretion: Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential employee information
  • Professionalism: A solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence and team collaboration

Nice to have:

  • Platform Familiarity: Prior experience administering or integrating Greenhouse (ATS) and Lattice (People Success Platform)
  • Industry Context: Previous experience within the technology sector or a similar corporate environment
  • Advanced Reporting: Experience building complex calculated fields and custom reports within Workday

What we offer you:

  • High-quality individual and family medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health savings account with available employer match
  • Employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting
  • Employer-paid group term life insurance and the option to elect voluntary life insurance
