Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktiver Vertrieb: Du baust deinen eigenen Kundenstamm auf und entwickelst deinen Markt.
  • Kandidatenmanagement: Du findest die passenden Spezialist:innen und bringst sie mit Unternehmen zusammen.
  • KPI-basiertes Arbeiten: Du arbeitest mit Zielen - und wächst mit jeder Herausforderung.
  • Verhandlungsführung & Abschluss: Du steuerst den gesamten Prozess von der Akquise bis zum Deal.
  • Social Selling: Du baust deine Personal Brand auf und nutzt LinkedIn, um dich als Expert:in zu positionieren.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Ehrgeiz, Drive und Lust auf echten Vertrieb.
  • Du arbeitest gern mit KPIs, bist zielorientiert & lässt dich von Rückschlägen nicht entmutigen.
  • Du telefonierst gern und überzeugst durch Persönlichkeit.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1/C2) und sehr gutes Englisch.
  • Du hast idealerweise eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium - wichtiger ist uns aber dein Mindset.
