職務概要

ビジネス成功の重要な推進力として、お客様のクリーンルーム内での装置の設置、調整、メンテナンス業務。また、経験者の方の場合は、プロセス開発および改善業務にも従事いただきます。

主な職務内容

すべての安全手順を厳守し、安全と品質を最優先に推進する。
半導体プロセス装置の設置、アップグレード、および保守作業を実施する。
顧客とのコミュニケーション（電話、メール、対面）を通じて、効率的かつ一貫した顧客サポートを促進する。
装置のログデータを分析し、顧客向けにレポートを作成する（MS PowerPoint、MS Word、MS Excelを使用）。
ツールの稼働時間を最大化し、ハードウェアの問題に関する設置およびサポートを確実に実行する。
新しい評価プロジェクトを管理し、プロジェクトの成功に責任を持つ。

応募資格

関連業界でのフィールドサービスエンジニアとしての5年以上の経験。
お客様とコミュニケーションを円滑にとるためのコミュニケーションスキル。
ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（JLPT N2以上）、読み書き以上の英語力（TOEIC 600点目安）
