  • Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and provide data insights that support strategic People initiatives.
  • Contribute to organizational health, engagement, and change management efforts across the region.
  • Collaborate with global HR colleagues on projects that strengthen our “One ASM” culture.
  • Assist in planning and supporting employee events and activities that foster a sense of community and belonging.

What we are looking for

  • Familiarity with HR concepts, processes, or HR systems (coursework welcome).
  • Basic understanding of U.S. employment law (academic or practical experience).
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and support others.

What sets you apart

  • Experience with or exposure to U.S. immigration processes.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms.
  • SHRM or similar HR certification (completed or in progress).
  • Experience supporting teams, student organizations, or campus groups.
