Key Competencies

Plan and manage player activation, engagement, and retention campaigns (including emails, push notifications, in-app campaigns, and more).

Develop limited-time offers, promotions, and seasonal content to drive player activity and monetization.

Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of events.

Use data insights to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements.

Run A/B tests, track key metrics, and deliver actionable results.

Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Design teams to integrate campaigns seamlessly.

Experienced in addressing any issues or challenges that arise during live events, from technical glitches to content errors, to ensure a seamless player experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate event plans, objectives, and post-event insights to internal teams.
Experience

Education: Graduate Degree.

Marketing experience: Prior experience related to marketing operations.

Academic Achievements: Achievements or academic recognitions that highlight their technical capabilities and growth mindset.

Tools: Experience with campaign management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Clevertap).
