Responsibilities
Turn ambiguity into clarity. Transform complex product capabilities into a crisp market point of view, defining not just what we built, but who itβs for, what it replaces, and why it wins.β
Drive launches as a system, not an event. Orchestrate product introductions by defining success metrics and sequencing readiness across teams, ensuring enablement and proof points land simultaneously with the launch.β
Make others materially better at their jobs. Equip customer-facing teams with "talk tracks that close," handling objections and providing competitive intelligence that reflects the actual battlefield.β
Obsess over the customer and the market. Maintain a sharp, real-time view of buyer needs and alternatives, ensuring our narrative remains grounded in truth and provable value rather than empty hype.β
Measure outcomes, not just outputs. Tie messaging and launches to tangible pipeline influence, activation, and retention, running lightweight experiments to iterate fast on pricing, packaging, and positioning.β
Influence without authority. Lead through alignment by pre-wiring decisions, surfacing risks early, and managing trade-offs to keep product, sales, and marketing moving in lockstep.β
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a high-growth technology company where you have owned end-to-end product launches.β
Proven track record of synthesizing complex technical concepts into simple, specific, and provable narratives that travel across executive, sales, and partner teams.β
Deep familiarity with the rules of traditional marketing with an interest in breaking them.β
World-class storytelling skills grounded in data, with the ability to summarize a productβs value in a single sentence and defend it with evidence.β
Extreme comfort delivering clarity in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.β
