Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer for our MarTech Team to build scalable, high-performance solutions (70-80% focus on backend, 30-20% frontend). You'll lead development across various projects, simplify complex technical challenges, and drive innovation within our agile, outcome-focused teams. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile DevOps environment with a strong customer focus. We target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Architect and optimize our backend services for performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop and deliver features from inception to production across a dynamic product roadmap.
• Lead hands-on development, balancing technical research and implementation.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality code through reviews and feedback.
• Manage AWS-based microservices (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS).

 Your Profile:

• Around 3-5 years of experience in modular application development (Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Proven experience in server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and web security best practices.
• Good experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js
• Good experience in styling frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind CSS) for responsive UIs.
• Experience with Agile and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Strong communication skills in English.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with NestJS, AWS services, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture/technologies.
• Experience with CRM tools (Braze, Blueshift, Salesforce) and Google Analytics.

Expertise in building reusable components/libraries.
