About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Broadsign, you will join our Data Science & Analytics team to solve real-world problems and generate significant business impact. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our data-driven product portfolio, working closely with commercial and engineering teams to ensure our clients succeed in the rapidly growing Digital Out of Home (OOH) media channel.

What to Expect

  • Data Operations & Product Performance: You will support daily and monthly data operations while helping to build monitoring and QA processes. This includes learning the methodologies behind our data products and ensuring high performance through detailed reporting.
  • Commercial Support & Problem Solving: Working with commercial team members, you will diagnose and address client-facing data issues. You will be a key collaborator for engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making.

What you need to perform in this job

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL and business intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau. You should be comfortable coding in Python and have experience with Snowflake and AWS platforms. Experience with software engineering best practices (CI/CD) and GIS data and systems is a plus, as is experience with web languages/standards.
  • Analytical Mindset: Formal training in data science, including statistical analysis, visualization, and machine learning. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are critical for this role, as you will be asked to tackle problems that have not been encountered before.
  • Soft Skills: A natural curiosity to learn how things work and quickly embrace new technologies and tools. You must be able to communicate clearly on technical matters and be able to work effectively within a team while taking independent ownership of your tasks.
