We are looking for an UXUI Designer to join their team. You will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces and frontend components for their projects.Ā

Ā In this role, you will:
- Responsible for the design process, from concept development to final implementation, for our digital products.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate user needs.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
- Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Ā You might thrive in this role if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer; Ideally from Web3/FinTech industries.Ā
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Framer.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Good understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data to inform design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
