Rewind Assistant

About Maddox + You:

As a Rewind Assistant, you work in a shop environment and keep the machines and technicians busy by removing obstacles and stocking each workstation with the raw materials required for production. Your responsibilities include preparing and staging materials, building winding forms, cutting the various insulating products, and stocking and cleaning workstations. You also assist with general shop tasks and support all stages of the transformer coil winding process, including disassembly, winding, and reassembly. Success in this role requires the ability to lift moderate loads, follow instructions, and work safely with and around machines and vehicles.

Basics:

• Full-time. Schedule is generally 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

Comprehensive Full-Time Benefits, including:

Pay: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus and other benefits. This position has a path to promotion to “Level 2”, which earns up to $32.74 per hour, and can continue growing from there.
