About the Opportunity: 

A fraud agent’s job is to research high risk transactions to identify possible cases of fraud. You will use the training we provide, natural instincts, fraud tools and social media platforms like Facebook to prevent fraud losses and to provide a positive customer experience for our fans!

Your work will have a great impact on the business, and help spread excitement for concerts, theater, and sports around the world. We are an ambitious and close-knit team dedicated to preventing fraud!

What You'll Do:

  • Research and analyze high risk, high value transactions with a sense of urgency in an individual working environment.
  • Analyze account history and trends to take appropriate action on accounts.
  • Contact customers in order to verify transactions.
  • Identify fraud patterns and communicate observations to the team to prevent future fraud on the site.
  • Protect StubHub’s shareholders and integrity of our brand.

What You've Done: 

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Analytical and investigative background.
  • Works well in a team environment as well as an individual.
  • Must be well organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Must work be flexible with working days and times ( including weekend days)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize numerous tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a time sensitive environment.

Salary:

NT$650,000. Monthly $50,000*13 months.
