THE MISSION

Nolla is building AI doctors so that top-quality healthcare is accessible to everyone. Nolla Skin is the #1 medical skincare treatment app in the U.S. App Store. We've treated thousands of acne patients in the U.S., scanned 1% of Norway's population for skin cancer, and our in-house clinical models are state of the art on clinical benchmarks. We just launched NollaMD, our urgent care app, and we're building dedicated specialty apps for conditions like birth control and allergies. We raised a $4.5M seed from General Catalyst.

THE ROLE

We're hiring our first dedicated social media coordinator. You'll keep Nolla's feeds active and cohesive across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and own the day-to-day rhythm that keeps content moving. You'll work directly with the COO and marketing team โ€” flagging gaps, keeping the posting schedule on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a great fit for someone currently enrolled in a bachelor's program or up to two years out of college who has genuine taste and wants to grow inside a fast-moving consumer health startup. As Nolla scales, there's a clear path to a broader role spanning creative direction, content production, video editing, and design.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Manage posting across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn via Buffer. Instagram and TikTok run daily; Twitter and LinkedIn twice a week.

  • Choose which creatives to post and in what sequence so each feed looks considered and tells a consistent story.

  • Write captions that sound like a person โ€” sharp, on-brand, no filler.

  • Proactively flag when content is missing, deadlines are at risk, or the calendar has gaps โ€” keep the team accountable without being asked.

  • Respond to comments and DMs, and engage with top posts in skin care and wellness.

  • Handle community management: flag standout user content, reach out to offer free months to posts that go viral, and nurture the Nolla community.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Genuine taste in skin care and wellness content, and a clear sense of how good brands show up on Instagram and TikTok.

  • Strong organizational instincts โ€” you track what's due, spot what's missing, and follow up before things slip.

  • Experience managing posting across multiple accounts and building feeds that look considered.

  • Strong caption writing โ€” you write things people actually read, and you have opinions about what should go up.

  • Fluent in Buffer or a comparable scheduling tool.

  • Passion for health, wellness, and consumer products.

  • Experience with content calendars, Notion, or similar planning tools.

ROLE LOGISTICS, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Part-time contract, roughly 10 hours per week. $15โ€“20/hr. Fully remote. You'll work directly with the COO and marketing team, with a clear path to a broader role spanning creative direction, content production, video editing, and design as Nolla scales.
