Office Operations Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to join our Honeycomb Hive, the heart and soul of the company. You’re a multitasker with a strong can-do attitudeת focused, independent, full of initiative, and above all, a people person. This is a diverse role with broad responsibilities and real impact across the organization, spanning operations, employee experience, and administration. What you’ll do

  •       Office Operations & Facilities: Own the daily running of the office, keeping the space organized, well-stocked, and welcoming. Serve as the primary coordinator with building management and handle all logistical requirements to ensure a safe, well-maintained working environment. Manage vendor and service relationships (food, equipment, maintenance, cleaning, WeWork, parking, access cards, keys), oversee supplies, kitchen, deliveries, and routine orders (Shufersal, Wolt, fresh produce, snacks), and track office budgets, supplier invoices, and purchase orders alongside our global accounting team.
  •       Office Experience: Shape the look and feel of the office and continuously raise the bar on the workplace experience. Welcome guests and clients, coordinate across departments, and be the go-to person for everything team members need to feel comfortable and supported.
  •       Culture & Wellbeing: Partner with HR to design and deliver standout employee experience moments ,from Happy Hours and holiday celebrations to offsites, retreats, birthdays, and meaningful milestones. Own the HR welfare budget and lead vendor relationships across gifts, food, perks, and SWAG.
  •       Onboarding & Offboarding Experience: Lead the physical onboarding journey for new hires, making day one seamless and memorable — from IT hardware and welcome kits to welcome flowers and full system access (Bob, WeWork, Cibus, Hi-Tech Zone, parking). Run a clean offboarding process, including user closures and equipment returns, in partnership with HR and IT.
  •       Travel & Administrative Support: Coordinate international travel end-to-end (flights, hotels, insurance) and support ad-hoc requests and all aspects of logistical projects, such as company trips, offsites, All-hands meetings, external meetups, and conferences. Resolve operational and administrative issues on the go.

Skills & Qualifications

  •       3+ years of experience in a similar role at a global startup or hi-tech company
  •       Excellent English,both spoken and written.
  •       Comfortable working in the gray when ownership isn’t clearly defined, you make sure things have a home, even if that home is you, keeping the office running as its beating heart.

•       Can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, time management, prioritization, multitasking, project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
