Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Diagnostic Evaluations (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Department: Clinical

Reports to: Clinical Psychologist

FLSA Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation: $75 to $135/hour.

About the Role

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder. This includes administering assessments, integrating results, and providing high-quality diagnostic reports and feedback to families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews, direct/indirect assessments (including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and similar tools).
  • Score, interpret, and write comprehensive diagnostic reports.
  • Deliver findings and recommendations to families and referral sources.
  • Submit completed reports and invoices within 48 hours of patient contact.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in all evaluations.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Advanced degree in Psychology
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Limited Licensed Psychologist in Michigan
  • Proficiency in autism diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R)

Preferred:

  • 1–3+ years of experience conducting ASD diagnostic evaluations
  • Experience with hybrid/telehealth models
