QA Automation Engineer

We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our tech team and take part in our high energy company culture.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will:

• Lead and own quality assurance processes and technical design implementations to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Design and build testing infrastructure, automation frameworks, scripts, and procedures that support Test Automation and Continuous Delivery practices
• Work closely with Software Engineers to ensure the right levels of test automation are implemented according to company standards
• Test both backend applications (APIs) and frontend applications
• Develop and maintain automated API and end to end tests
• Identify bugs, edge cases, and production risks before they reach customers
• Be self driven and able to work independently toward shared team and company goals
• Continuously improve testing methodologies, regression coverage, and QA best practices
• Break things and find problems before users do 🙂

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of hands on experience with API and E2E testing using automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber.js, or similar frameworks
• At least 1 year of experience with JavaScript
• Experience with mocking and regression testing
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Organized, methodical, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced startup environment
• Experience with TypeScript — Advantage
