About this role

募集職種：Marketing Designer

主な業務内容

Rocket Nowのマーケティングデザインチームのジュニアデザイナーとして、顧客向けコミュニケーションにおける多様なマーケティングデザインを制作していただきます。
ブランドガイドラインを正しく理解し、モバイルプラットフォームに最適化されたビジュアルを作成することが求められます。
また、複数のステークホルダーと連携し、自身のタスクを主体的に遂行しながら、高いクオリティの成果物を安定してアウトプットしていただきます。

具体的に担当していただく5つの業務

  1. アプリ内や自社メディアを含む多様なデジタル環境向けクリエイティブの制作
  2. A/Bテストの実施と、ターゲット最適化されたコミュニケーションデザインの実行
  3. オフラインキャンペーン向けの印刷物デザイン制作
  4. Rocket Nowのマーケティングデザインアセットとして、高品質で再現性の高いデザイン制作
  5. パートナーチームと共通目標を設定し、それを達成するための主体的なデザイン業務の遂行

応募資格

基本資格（必須）

  • デザイン関連分野での2年以上の実務経験
  • 応募の際は、レジュメに加え、ポートフォリオのご提出をお願いいたします
  • Adobe Creative Suite、Figma、Generative AI に関する専門スキル
  • 顧客獲得・CVR向上に寄与する戦略的なデザイン提案能力
  • タイトなスケジュールでも高品質のクリエイティブを制作できるグラフィックデザインスキル
  • チームワークを理解し、円滑なコミュニケーションができる方
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、または同等の日本語能力を有すること

歓迎資格

  • 動画またはモーショングラフィックデザインの経験
  • HTML/CSS・WordPressによるWeb制作スキル
  • 英語、韓国語のいずれかでのコミュニケーション能力
  • モバイルプラットフォームやプロダクトへの理解、または関連経験
  • 顧客理解およびO2O業界トレンドの知識
  • プロセス改善・効率化への取り組みと、自律的にタスクを推進する能力
