We are seeking a highly skilled Principal DevOps / Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes-based infrastructure, cloud-native operations, observability, security, and automation.
The role focuses on building resilient, scalable, secure, and automated platforms supporting modern microservices and infrastructure workloads across hybrid and private cloud environments, including OpenStack deployed on Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize large-scale Kubernetes environments in production.

- Manage stateful workloads on Kubernetes: PostgreSQL (operators), MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis,

MinIO.

- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Helm.

- Build secure platforms using Kyverno, External Secrets, Cert-Manager, OpenBao, Keycloak.

- Manage networking using Cilium and Traefik.

- Implement autoscaling with KEDA.

- Build observability using Prometheus, Loki, Alloy.

- Implement backup and DR using Velero.

- Develop IaC using Terraform.

- Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines.

- Automate with Bash and Python.

- Administer Linux and Docker environments.

- Deploy and operate OpenStack on Kubernetes.

- Incident response and RCA.
