Brand Representative, Full-time (Citygate)

CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Representative who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment to join our team. He/she will be representing our brand in the front line, and responsible for delivering the best in-store experience for customers of our stores - Tung Chung Citygate. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and product information.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with inventory management tasks like unpacking deliveries and checking inventory levels.
• Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet store sales goals. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and stockroom.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand's image.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year experience in retail industry. 
• Proficient in verbal communication English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. 
• Ability to work in shift duty.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, cooperating and collaborating with colleagues.

職責:

• 協助顧客識別其需求，並推薦適當的產品或服務
• 向顧客提供產品演示並介紹產品特點
• 清楚了解公司最新的銷售 、推廣、政策和產品信息 使用銷售點（POS）系統準確且高效地處理顧客交易
• 確保商店的視覺陳列吸引人，產品整齊有序並達至公司要求 協助處理庫存及倉務工作，如拆貨物和檢查庫存數量
• 及時且專業地處理顧客詢問、投訴和退貨
• 達到個人銷售目標，並與團隊合作達成共同銷售目標
• 維持乾淨和有序的工作區域，包括銷售區和儲藏室
• 根據需要參加商店會議、培訓和研討會
• 遵守公司政策和程序，包括損失預防和安全措施
• 尋找機會提升銷售技巧和客戶服務的能力
• 維持專業且整潔的形象，與品牌形象保持一致 

資歷:

• 高中畢業或同等學歷
• 具備至少3年零售行業經驗
• 精通英語、廣東話和普通話的口頭溝通能力
• 能夠適應輪班工作
• 熟悉銷售點（POS）系統和基本電腦技能
• 擁有提供良好顧客服務的態度，能夠聆聽客人需要並提供合適的解決方案
• 能夠在團隊環境中與同事良好地工作和合作
• 主動積極，對工作充滿熱情，具備有效與各級別溝通的能力 
• 具備良好的人際交往和溝通技巧
• 能夠在快節奏的工作環境中同時處理並按時完成多項工作
• 提供良好的顧客服務和擁有解決問題的能力
