About this role
Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is looking for an Financial Planning & Analysis who will hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team. You will be dedicated to assisting with preparing the budget, forecast, financial analysis, and ad hoc projects.
Job Description
- Compile and consolidate the group's monthly management accounts.
- Produce management reports comparing actual performance against budget for management review.
- Prepare segmented management reports for various business units for review.
- Support the group budgeting and forecasting process on a monthly and annual basis.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models.
- Collaborate with internal business partners on various financial analyses.
- Provide assistance with implementing the ERP system.
- Generate ad hoc reports and participate in special projects as required.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience; a recognized accounting qualification and Big 4 background are highly preferred.
- Demonstrate exposure to finance operations within a multinational or regional headquarters environment.
- Previous involvement in ERP system implementation will be considered an advantage.
- Exhibit strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Maintain close attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct plus.
