Partnership Marketing Assistant Manager

• We are seeking an experienced Partnership Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team. The Partnership Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our company's intellectual property portfolio, such as anime, IP, Fashion category etc.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership marketing or brand marketing and experience in relevant industry.

Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our company's intellectual property portfolio, with a focus on various categories such as anime, IP, fashion etc.
• Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the relevant industry, including publishers, distributors, and streaming platforms
• Research/identify potential partners, negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies                                                                                                                                                                                                       
• Collaborate with senior management and other marketing team/cross functions to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
• Developing and implementing strategic partnerships with other companies to promote products and services
• Coordinating with internal departments to develop new products or services in response to customer demand
• Manage relationships with external partners and serve as the primary point of contact for partnership marketing matters
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Requirement

• 5 years of relevant experience in partnership marketing/brand marketing
• Strong knowledge of the anime/IP/fashion industry and key players
• Experience with project management and managing multiple partner accounts at once
• Experience working with large corporate brands on partnership campaigns
• Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing start-up team
• Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both verbal and written business-level English communication
• Ability to work independently and also a good team player
