The Role
We don’t hire traditional BDRs. We hire founder-minded growth builders who thrive on experimentation and creating impact. As one of the first U.S. BDRs, you’ll own outbound prospecting, generate high-quality opportunities, and help define how Moonshot AI connects with customers. You’ll work closely with founders and AEs, learning the platform inside and out while shaping the GTM playbook from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Pipeline Like a Founder: Research, identify, and target high-potential eCommerce brands. Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls.

  • Create Opportunities: Craft outreach that resonates, booking qualified meetings for AEs and leadership.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and product to refine messaging, test channels, and share market insights.

  • Be the Face of Moonshot AI: Represent a category-defining AI platform to senior marketers, founders, and growth leaders at top brands.

  • Learn & Iterate: Use every outreach as an opportunity to test, improve, and optimize how we approach the market.

Who You Are

  • Experienced & Ambitious: 6 months – 2 years in Sales Development or Business Development (SaaS, eCommerce, MarTech preferred).

  • Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive over email, LinkedIn, and phone.

  • Curious & Coachable: Hungry to learn, motivated to improve, and thrives on feedback.

  • Resilient & Resourceful: Outbound is tough - you embrace rejection, iterate, and push forward.
