Location: South Wales Valleys (Central & Rhondda)
Rate:£18.00 - £ 25.78 per hour

 

Pulse Nursing Agency are looking for experienced Phlebotomists and HCA’s with Phlebotomy experience in the South Wales Valleys with shifts available Monday-Sunday (8:00am19:30pm). Offering competitive hourly pay rates of:

Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour, Saturday: £20.96 per hour, Sunday & Bank Holidays: £25.78 per hour
 

Working as a Phlebotomist/HCA you will:

  • Complete POCT cholesterol checks; height, weight and waist measurements; heart rate and blood pressure checks and record data findings on the system
  • Draw two blood samples, labelling and storing correctly
  • Check the welfare of the participants throughout their appointments, escalating as required

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • A Certificate in Phlebotomy 
  • Minimum of one year’s active experience drawing blood.
  • Experience in taking patient observations
  • Excellent patient care skills
  • Immediate holder of the Right to Work in the UK
