Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports using SSRS and Power BI. 
  •  Translate business requirements into accurate, scalable reporting solutions. 
  •  Build and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting needs. 
  •  Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports. 
  •  Maintain and improve existing reporting infrastructure. 
  •  Partner with stakeholders to understand business context and reporting needs. 
  •  Identify trends, anomalies, and insights within reporting outputs. 
  •  Present findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.

Requirements

  •  Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI. 
  •  Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning. 
  •  Experience working with large and complex datasets across multiple sources. 
  •  Proven ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions. 
  •  Strong understanding of data accuracy, validation, and consistency. 
  •  Solid business acumen and ability to interpret data in a business context. 
  •  Ability to explain data and reporting logic to non-technical stakeholders. 
  •  Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills. 
Nice to Have
  •  Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, Python, or other analytical tools. 
  •  Exposure to financial, lending, or operational datasets, reporting framework improvements, or analytical methodologies.
