How you’ll make an impact:

  • Contribute to the execution of clinical trial protocols in Respiratory, working closely with the Clinical Science Study Lead to support high-quality and scientifically rigorous study conduct.
  • Support day-to-day study activities, in collaboration with Clinical Operations, ensuring alignment with scientific, organizational, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct ongoing clinical data review and cleaning of clinical trial data to ensure data quality, integrity, and patient safety.
  • Perform medical data monitoring, including review of safety data, listings, and outputs, and partner with Data Management and Medical Development to support escalation, query generation and resolution.
  • Contribute to the identification, analysis, and interpretation of clinical data trends, communicating findings and escalating to the Clinical Science Study Lead as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the development and review of study-related documents (e.g., protocols, amendments, clinical study reports).
  • Support interactions with investigators, CROs, and vendors during study conduct.
  • Collaborate within a matrix environment, collaborating with medical directors, regulatory affairs, translational medicine, clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, and other departments to drive clinical development programs forward.

 

Skills and experience you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree (MSc, PharmD, MD, PhD) in Life Sciences or related field.
  • 2+ years in pharmaceutical clinical drug development, with experience in global clinical trials and program execution.
  • Experience in immunological diseases (e.g. asthma), with an understanding of disease biology and treatment landscapes is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, and guidelines (FDA, EMEA, ICH, GCP).
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving abilities and excellent medical writing skills.

Compensation

  • Kymera offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes both results and capabilities through market-based, performance-driven pay.
  • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $145,000 – $215,000, with eligibility for annual bonus, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Actual salary is based on a holistic evaluation of the specific role/level as well as each candidate’s depth of experience and the capabilities they bring to the position.
