We are growing significantly in defense and recently received a significant grant to accelerate production of our products for use on a variety of military grade autonomous vehicles (UAV and USV platforms).

Job Summary:

As a Field Applications Engineer, you will work closely with engineering, product management, and sales to ensure that ANELLO products drive value to customers. This includes leading deployments in the field, product demonstrations, technical applications support, and data analysis to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate will be a scrappy executor with hands-on technical background and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface directly with customers and provide technical applications support for the integration of ANELLO products into customer systems.
  • Coordinate and execute complex project-based activities such as proof-of-values and customer demos.
  • Collaborate with ANELLO engineering and product teams to analyze data and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Assist business development team in assessing potential application of ANELLO products for customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field with strong technical background.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working with autonomous vehicles, drones, robotics, navigation, and/or other similar systems.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for understanding and solving customer needs.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized and professional with strong project management skills - including a proven record of managing several projects in parallel.
  • Exposure to IMU (inertial measurement unit), gyroscopes, or inertial navigation in project or work experience.
  • Military or Defense sector experience a plus.
  • Drone or Robotics operations experience a plus
