We’re growing and looking for a like-minded UX/Product Designer to join the team!

What You'll Do

• Work with early-stage ideas, raw product concepts, and sometimes fuzzy client inputs - and turn them into clickable concepts at speed - because we don't have time for perfection before validation;
• Lead or co-lead workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation sprints;
• Ask users, test ideas, learn quickly - because guessing is not a design strategy;
• Own your work end-to-end, from problem framing to collaborating closely with developers and PMs to ensure designs are not only thoughtful, but buildable;
• Actively contribute to expanding The Norm’s knowledge base with proven methods, scalable frameworks, and practical tools;
• Support pre-sales efforts by crafting UX-focused proposals that clearly communicate value and fit for client needs;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years in UX or Product Design;
• Experience working on digital products (web or mobile), portfolio is required;
• Strong skills in user research, business analysis, wireframing, prototyping, UX flows, and UI design. Knowledge of visual design principles is implied;
• Confident using Figma. Other visual design/prototyping tools are welcome;
• Very comfortable in facilitating communication with clients and cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge of English - from Upper-Intermediate+ (written/spoken);

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or pre-sales;
• Customer / service design mindset and experience;
• Experience in conducting online/offline workshops;
• Animation and motion design;
