About this role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to own and improve engineering process documentation. This role focuses on building, structuring, and maintaining clear, scalable workflows that support engineering execution, alignment, and consistency. This is not a manufacturing or production-focused role. It is centered on engineering workflows, documentation, and cross-functional process design.

Responsibilities
ā€¢ Own and maintain engineering process documentation, ensuring clarity, structure, and accessibility
ā€¢ Build and standardize workflows across the product development and engineering lifecycle
ā€¢ Translate complex engineering and cross-functional processes into clear, practical documentation and SOPs
ā€¢ Partner closely with engineering, product development, and operations to capture and align workflows
ā€¢ Identify gaps or inefficiencies in engineering processes and implement scalable improvements
ā€¢ Lead process mapping and documentation efforts for new and existing engineering initiatives
ā€¢ Ensure documentation remains up to date as engineering processes evolve
ā€¢ Serve as the central owner of process clarity across engineering teams

Qualifications
ā€¢ 3 to 7+ years of experience in engineering process documentation or a similar role
ā€¢ Experience working closely with engineering or product development teams
ā€¢ Proven ability to build documentation and workflows from the ground up
ā€¢ Strong ability to simplify and structure complex technical processes
ā€¢ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
ā€¢ Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment
ā€¢ Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on clarity and execution

Salary Range (commensurate with experience)
$85,000—$105,000 USD
