What Can You Expect?

🧬 Manufacturing & Operations
You work hands on in the clean room with living cells. You prepare media and follow each step of the production process with care and precision. Your impact: Making sure every therapy is produced with the same care and consistency so every patient gets the treatment they need, safely and on time.
🧪 Quality Control & Assurance
You verify that everything we produce meets the highest standards. From testing raw materials and in-process samples to reviewing batch records and supporting release, your work makes sure nothing leaves our site unchecked. Your impact: Safeguarding the quality, safety and compliance of every single dose before it reaches a patient.
📁 Project & Process Management
You bring people, tools and systems together across teams. By improving workflows, supporting documentation and connecting the dots, you help complex science become daily reality. Your impact: Keeping teams aligned, efficient and focused on what matters most.
