As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub, you keep service flowing with confidence, speed and genuine warmth. You’ll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, keeping everything smooth, connected and fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you love making each one feel at home. You’ll join a tight team that knows how to work hard, laugh hard and bring good vibes to the Hub.

Grandmother Café is our answer to what hospitality should feel like. Inspired by the warmth of walking into a grandmother's home — where the door is always open, there's always something baking and nobody leaves without feeling cared for — it's a café built on connection rather than convenience. Forget speed targets and polished service scripts. The Clubhouse is where community becomes tangible. Designed for members of The Social Hub, it's a space that brings people together — whether that's for (social) work, conversation, events or simply a sense of belonging in a city that can feel enormous. Open from early morning to late at night, with a full food menu and a cocktail bar, it's built to be a true all-day home. Where Grandmother is intimate and unhurried, Clubhouse has energy and flow — and the range to match, from a quiet breakfast to a proper evening out. Members return not just because of what's on offer, but because of how it makes them feel: seen, connected and part of something. Your job is to keep that feeling alive — every day, for every person who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease 
• Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations with confidence 
• Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting what’s needed before anyone asks 
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly 
• Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving 
• Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action 
• Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm

What You’ll Have 

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments 
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn 
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people 
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool 
• You speak English and Dutch; any extra languages are a plus 
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance 
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
