Our flagship product lets businesses send OTP codes with the best price-to-conversion ratio on the market, dynamically selecting the most effective channel in real time (optimized SMS, WhatsApp, and more) while actively blocking spam and fraud that legacy providers miss.

Founded in 2022 by former Zenly team members who lived the pain of broken SMS authentication firsthand, we're already serving fast-growing companies across Europe and are expanding into the US.

But authentication is only the starting point - we're building the platform for trust at scale, with an ambitious roadmap of market-defining products ahead.

About the role

After achieving some great revenue results in 2025 and closing deals with the likes of X, we’re scaling rapidly. We want to bring a new product entirely to market - after great feedback from some of our partners who’ve had it in beta, we’re looking to bring on a GTM leader to define and own how this product is taken to market, sold, and scaled.

There’s no playbook; no formal training; and no established motion. It’s up to you to work closely with product, engineering and marketing to define this and build something special.

What will you be doing?

  • Owning GTM strategy entirely for this new product, shaping the positioning and messaging

  • Identifying ideal customer profiles, use cases, and entry points

  • Selling directly to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Product, and other technical stakeholders

  • Running deep discovery and providing critical feedback to product and engineering to build out new features and make improvements wherever possible

  • Partnering closely with product and engineering to shape the roadmap

  • Building the first repeatable sales motion from scratch

  • Partnering with marketing to test narratives, content, and campaigns

  • Working with our beta partners to refine use cases

  • Acting as the voice of the customer internally

  • Laying the foundation to either scale the motion across the wider sales org or become a specialist in this area, growing out a specific niche team within the wider sales org

What are we looking for?

  • Experience selling developer-first products to senior technical stakeholders (think Okta, Auth0, and similar)

  • Excitement about building something from scratch - you’ll enjoy sales and be exceptional at it but want to do something more - and be interested in working closely with product, marketing, and engineering to take a new product from 0-1

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, eager to take on new challenges and approaches, with a commercial and customer-obsessed mindset

  • Ideally, you’ll have operated in early-stage or ambiguous environments - either joining an early-stage start-up in the past, or taking a new product from 0-1 already

  • 1 hour roleplay session/pitch
