Svetness Personal Training is currently recruiting for energetic fitness professionals with a passion to lead
aqua/water group fitness classes for the summer in an HOA community located on the 2200 block of
SouthHall Rd EXT, Raleigh, NC 27604. Classes will be held every Wednesday from 10 - 11 a.m. from
June 3rd, 2026 until September 3, 2026.


āœ… Main Job Responsibilities:

ā€¢ Lead group water fitness classes
ā€¢ Develop progressive exercise plans for program participants
ā€¢ Record and maintain attendance records using the Mindbody application
ā€¢ Act as a Primary Responder in case of injury, accident, or illness in the pool area and report injuries
ā€¢ Plan and implement programs in accordance with the goals and policies of the apartment community
ā€¢ Coordinates activities which are culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate
ā€¢ Enforce aquatic rules and policies
ā€¢ Adhere to the guidelines of the pool for adults


āœ… Education, Training and Experience Requirements

ā€¢ Minimum of one year experience leading water aerobic exercise fitness classes
ā€¢ General knowledge of exercise training and leadership, including basic anatomy, physiology, and
exercise principles
ā€¢ Physically fit in order to demonstrate all phases of aqua/water aerobic exercises.
ā€¢ Mentally alert to recognize potential hazards and accidents..
ā€¢ Current USWFA Water Fitness Instructor Certification or other certification for water fitness
ā€¢ Current CPR, AED and Lifeguard certification


āœ… Other Requirements:

ā— Must always be on time for classes
ā— Reliable transportation to reach apartment community
ā— Must be available to teach the class every Wednesday 10 -11 a.m.
ā— Previous group fitness teaching with a minimum 1 year experience
ā— Outgoing and hardworking individual with a love for health and fitness
