About this role

Before we get started:
Here at Ingenio, we'd love to talk with you regardless of your qualifications or years of experience. If you believe you’d be a great fit for this role, we invite you to apply even if you do not meet all points on the job description.

Who we are:
Ingenio is on a mission to make spiritual wellness a core part of modern self-care. We are a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are passionate about connecting people with the world’s best advisors and content to restore spiritual wellness to its rightful place, easing the stress of modern life with trusted ancient practices.

Our global portfolio spans over 20 marketplace and media brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang.

Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

How you’ll be impactful:

  • Own Keen's acquisition and activation product strategy across web and mobile, identifying the highest-leverage growth opportunities and developing growth hypotheses informed by customer behavior and business economics.
  • Engineer the path from first click to first paid conversation, improving how users discover value, build trust, and convert with confidence
  • Help transform the product culture during a major company-wide transformation across product, platform, and brand.
  • Build a high velocity experimentation culture that increases learning speed, conversion performance, and long-term customer value
  • Partner closely with Performance Marketing to maximize acquisition efficiency and improve downstream monetization outcomes
  • Own activation and conversion outcomes across the customer journey, identifying and delivering product improvements that increase first paid conversations and early customer value.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define Keen’s growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on funnel data, customer insight, and business economics  and communicate tradeoffs and growth priorities clearly to leadership
  • Own key new user growth surfaces across Keen's website and mobile apps including landing pages, onboarding, registration, activation, and monetization flows
  • Lead rapid experimentation cycles through A/B tests, onboarding improvements, pricing tests, feature iterations, and conversion optimizations  with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and decision frameworks for every initiative
  • Deeply understand first-time user behavior by combining quantitative funnel analysis with qualitative research, including customer interviews, usability studies, and behavioral analysis to uncover the barriers and motivators that drive or prevent activation
  • Partner deeply with Performance Marketing to optimize acquisition-to-first-paid-conversation performance and improve return on acquisition spend
  • Analyze funnel behavior and customer journeys to identify friction, drop-off points, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Data Science and Analytics teams on instrumentation, experimentation frameworks, funnel visibility, and performance analysis
  • Influence Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership teams through data, customer insight, and clear decision-making to execute growth initiatives quickly and effectively
  • Communicate experiment results, business impact, roadmap tradeoffs, and growth opportunities clearly to leadership and stakeholders

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience with significant experience in Growth Product Management, consumer products, subscription businesses, or two-sided marketplaces
  • Proven track record of directly owning and improving acquisition, activation, conversion or monetization metrics with clear accountability and measurable results.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with hands-on experience running statistically sound A/B tests and iterative product experiments
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics including conversion, activation, CAC, LTV, monetization, and engagement
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using product analytics and experimentation tools such as LaunchDarkly, Mixpanel, Looker, Optimizely, or similar platforms
  • Ability to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative customer research including customer interviews and usability studies to build conviction about where and how to grow
  • Strong product intuition combined with rigorous, metrics-driven decision making
  • Experience partnering closely with Performance Marketing and understanding acquisition-to-conversion dynamics
  • High ownership mentality with a bias toward action, moves quickly without sacrificing rigor
  • Ability to identify high leverage opportunities, prioritize decisively in ambiguous environments, and operate comfortably amid shifting priorities and ambitious growth goals
  • Experience with AI-powered tooling or automation workflows for product and growth teams
  • Ability to influence Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership teams through data, customer insight, and clear decision-making, not just coordinate across them

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with CMS-driven experimentation platforms such as Contentstack
  • Experience with feature flagging and experimentation platforms such as LaunchDarkly
  • Experience contributing to large-scale product, platform, or brand transformation initiatives
  • Experience in high growth or rapid scaling environments
