About this role
We’re hiring a Senior Operations Specialist to drive performance across Bolt’s UK rides marketplace. This is a hands-on, commercially driven role for someone who goes deep into data, builds a clear case for action, and owns execution end-to-end. You will have exceptional data analysis skills, the ability to independently build and interrogate datasets, break down complex problems, identify root causes, and drive action. You don’t pass insights on, you fix the problem.

You will lead high-stakes analytical projects; analysing marketplace performance across supply, demand, pricing, and conversion, identify what’s broken and why, and lead the operational interventions to drive improvement. Analysis is the starting point, impact is the goal. You’ll work closely with Finance, Growth, Marketing, and Product to drive measurable improvements across the UK marketplace.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering problems and opportunities, while also stepping back to understand the broader commercial and operational context
Own end-to-end marketplace analysis: deep dive data, build models, and develop dashboards across supply, demand, pricing and marketplace health. Diagnose performance issues by forming hypotheses, running deep analysis, and investigating anomalies. Translate analysis into clear, commercially grounded actions, quantifying impact (rides, revenue, cost) and influencing senior stakeholders. Own execution: design and deliver operational interventions across pricing, incentives, driver engagement, and supply-demand balance. Build and improve scalable processes and hold yourself accountable for measurable outcomes. Monitor marketplace performance and proactively optimise KPIs
4-6 years in operations, strategy, or analytical roles (marketplace/mobility/tech preferred). Exceptional data analysis skills, you can independently build and interrogate datasets, break down complex problems, identify root causes, and drive action. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modelling (forecasting, scenarios, unit economics) and have experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.). Proven track record of owning problems end-to-end, from insight to execution Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marketplace dynamics. Clear, concise communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders. Action-oriented and self-sufficient. You are a "hustler" who thrives in fast-paced environments, remains undeterred by obstacles, and operates with minimal supervision.
